Karim David Adeyemi is a German professional footballer who plays as a right winger or forward for La Liga club Barcelona and the Germany national team.
Early life
Adeyemi was born in Munich, Germany, to a Nigerian father and German mother. He grew up in the Munich area and began playing youth football locally.
Path and career
Adeyemi progressed through Bayern Munich's youth academy before joining RB Salzburg in 2018. He developed into a key player for Salzburg, scoring regularly in the Austrian Bundesliga and European competitions.
In January 2022, he signed with Borussia Dortmund for a reported €30 million. He joined Barcelona in summer 2023 after establishing himself as a promising young talent in the Bundesliga.
