Early life
Streten was born in Sydney, New South Wales on November 5, 1991. He began producing music as a teenager, teaching himself production techniques and developing his signature sound.
Path and career
Flume released his self-titled debut album in 2012, which featured the hit single 'Sleepless' and established him internationally. His 2016 album 'Skin' won the ARIA Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album and spawned successful collaborations with artists like Tove Lo and Kai.
He has performed at major festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, and Ultra Music Festival. Flume's innovative production style and visual live performances have made him a key figure in modern electronic music.
