Filip Chytil is a Czech professional ice hockey player who is a centre for the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted by the New York Rangers in the first round, 21st overall, in the 2017 NHL entry draft. Internationally, Chytil played for the Czech Republic national team in several tournaments.

Chytil was born on September 5, 1999, in the Czech Republic. He developed his ice hockey skills in the Czech domestic system before entering the international draft.

After being drafted by the Rangers in 2017, Chytil played for the organization before being traded to the Vancouver Canucks. He has represented the Czech Republic in multiple international tournaments throughout his career.
