Early life
Milliner was born on September 14, 1991, in Tacoma, Washington. He attended Lincoln High School in Tacoma, where he developed his skills as a defensive back.
Path and career
Milliner played college football at the University of Alabama from 2010 to 2012, where he earned All-American honors and was considered one of the top cornerback prospects for the 2013 NFL Draft. The New York Jets selected him with the 9th overall pick, making him one of the highest-drafted defensive backs that year.
During his NFL career, Milliner played for the Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, and other teams. He appeared in multiple NFL seasons as a cornerback, though injuries limited his availability in some years.
